   Good luck Noel. I hope it works out for you and Ann.

   From a sales perspective, considering your goal and task, make certain that you “paint” the town into the mural. That is, don’t try to convince them to allow you to do the project, fire-up their imaginations so that they want the mural even more than you want to paint it!

   When you succeed in doing that, your project will have already become a reality!
