  • Prints: Giclée prints on archival-quality fine art paper of original artwork
  • Paintings: Original paintings created by Noel Hefele

In the future, we may also provide links to digital products such as NFTs (non-fungible tokens). Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Purchasing Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.

Order Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges:

  • Cancellations: Cancellations are acceptable before the order ships. You can request a cancellation through the automated confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds are available for defective or damaged products. If damaged after delivery, returns are not accepted. Custom pieces may not be eligible for refunds unless required by law. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any issues with your order, contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping timelines vary based on the product:

  • Prints: We strive to ship within 1-2 days of receiving an order. Prints are typically shipped via USPS or UPS and usually arrive within 3-5 business days for domestic orders.
  • Paintings: Original paintings may take up to one week to ship, especially larger pieces that require special arrangements. Paintings are typically shipped via UPS and usually arrive within 5-7 business days for domestic orders. We will provide an estimated shipping timeframe at the time of purchase.

Currently, we ship only within the USA. Please contact us directly if you are interested in shipping to other locations.

Once an item has shipped, responsibility for the package lies with the carrier. However, we will assist customers in any way possible with tracking or lost package claims. Shipping costs and timelines are subject to change. We are continually improving our shipping process to offer the best possible service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork and content on noelhefele.com are the intellectual property of Noel Hefele. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the artwork is strictly prohibited. If you wish to use any of the artwork for personal or commercial purposes, please contact us for permission.
